How To Look Debonair In Your Farewell Party

Every student’s farewell to school or college is a significant day in their lives. It’s the day you realize you’ve finally matured and that it’s time to leave your privileged surroundings and enter the real world.

It’s likely to be the last time you see your friends before moving on with your lives, and everyone wants to look their best on the last day of school or college.

However, dressing for a farewell can be difficult, so to make your departure a little less painful, we’ve put up a few pointers for you to totally kill on your farewell day.

How To Look Debonair In Your Farewell Party!

1. Dress appropriately for the occasion.

The farewell parties at most schools and universities are themed. It might be ethnic, formal, or anything else as long as you adhere to the dress code. It’s good to stand out and be distinctive, but when it comes to parties, sticking to the dress code is a better idea so you don’t make a fool of yourself by wearing radically different than everyone else.

If your school or institution does not have a dress code, you should contact your friends and decide what they will wear. If you do not, you will end up wearing Stylish shirts for men or  kurta while everyone else is wearing a suit, and you will look ridiculous no matter how well dressed you are.

This isn’t to say that you can’t do anything to stand out and be the showstopper at your goodbye; there are many minor things you can do to look hotter than your classmates, but first and foremost, make sure you dress appropriately.

2. Formal Outfit

Once you’ve worked out the dress code, the next step is to figure out what to wear, which is when the confusion begins.

Let me get one item out of the way to make things a little easier for you: casual attire. A farewell is a very formal occasion, and there is no way I would encourage you to attend one dressed casually, which means no t-shirts, flannels, jeans, or fancy jackets. Some of you may be considering wearing sneakers with a suit, but this is not a smart idea in my opinion. This outfit is really attractive, but I do not believe it is appropriate for a formal event such as a farewell.

I believe it is really tough to achieve this look, particularly for youngsters. I usually advise to start Men’s Printed Shirts with the basics, mastering the fundamentals of fashion such as a suit and other classic pieces before experimenting with trends. So, instead of wearing casual clothing to your farewell, I recommend sticking to formal attire.

3. Indian Ethnic Clothing

First and foremost, if ethnic wear is not required, eschew it in favor of a suit, which is easier to pull off and more appropriate for a farewell.

If the ethnic costume is required for your farewell, keep the following tips in mind to look your best.

First and foremost, ensure that the fit is ideal; both the kurta and the bottoms should be snug and there should be no excess fabric. In ethnic dress, the lower leg is normally long, but there shouldn’t be too much fabric at the bottom.

Another consideration is that the garment should not be too gaudy; instead of wearing a “sherwani,” try wearing a basic kurta with a simple pattern and a Nehru jacket. When it comes to color, stay away from bright hues and opt for something more subdued.

4. Wearing Western Apparel

If ethnic apparel is not appropriate for your farewell, I strongly advise you to wear western clothing, preferably a tailored suit. Now, this may appear to be a simple matter of putting on a suit and going, but believe me when I say it is not. When wearing a suit, there are a few things to keep in mind.
