Solution 1: Identify How many Users gets Affected
Identify how many users are affected with using different log in credential to open the same company file at a same time. If errors happen for any specific user then it may be damage its credential. If it is so then recreate the damaged user.
Step 1: Steps for a Regular user get damaged.
- From a main Company menu, Choose setup users and its passwords.
- Now Click on the Setup users. Enterprise Users: Company > then Users > Select set up Users & Roles.

- Enter the login credentials of a username and a password.

- First of all, select the company file from the No Company Open
